柱板式空心高墩日照温度场试验与分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对某柱板式空心高墩温度场现场实测资料分析,得出混凝土空心墩日照温度场分布规律.依据实测数据、气象学和传热学确定桥墩温度场有限元模拟的热物理参数与边界条件,建立符合实际温度状态的ANSYS有限元分析模型,并将计算结果与实测数据进行对比验证有限元分析的正确性与适用性.选取最不利温差分布进行函数拟合,提出符合西北地区或气候相似区域的柱板式空心墩温度梯度模式,为空心高墩的温度荷载标准制定及结构设计提供参考. The distribution rule of the sunshine temperature field of concrete hollow piers is obtained by the analysis of the measured data of the temperature field site of a column-slab hollow high pier.The thermodynamic parameter and boundary condition are determined by the measured data,meteorology and heat transfer,and the practical ANSYS finite element model is developed,which is used for FEM simulation of the temperature field,then the correctness and applicability of FEM simulation are verified by the comparison between the calculated result and the actual measurement.Finally,fitted by the most unfavorable temperature difference distribution,the temperature gradient mode of the column-slab hollow high pier is put forward,which is suitable for the Northwest or conditions similar to the Northwest,to provide reference for the temperature load standard and structure design of the hollow high pier.
