组织职业生涯管理增加员工对组织的情感依附和联结的实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 文章通过实证研究发现,组织职业生涯管理中的公平晋升维度、培训维度和促进职业自我认识维度均对组织承诺有显著影响,而公平晋升、提供职业信息和指导以及促进职业自我认识三个维度对工作满意度有显著影响。工作满意度在组织职业生涯管理与组织承诺之间的关系中起部分中介作用。文章研究结论丰富了员工—组织关系和情感依附理论的相关内容,对企业的人力资源管理实线也有较强的指导意义。
