根干模拟生长处理对杜仲有效成分含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对杜仲的根皮和干皮进行露晒根、裸根茎和干包埋6个月处理,研究模拟生长处理对杜仲皮中有效成分含量的影响。采用高效液相色谱法,测定处理后杜仲主要有效成分桃叶珊瑚苷、京尼平苷酸、绿原酸、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量。结果表明:经干包埋处理的杜仲干皮中的桃叶珊瑚苷含量提高了80.0%;经裸根茎和露晒根处理的杜仲根茎和根皮中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量分别提高101.5%和921.0%。说明通过模拟生长处理可以改变杜仲皮中有效成分的合成和积累。 In order to study the effect of simulation growth model on the content variation of the active constituents of the eucommia ulmoides oliver stem and its root barks.Three different simulation growth methods were carried out:Treatment 1.revealing the root bark;treatment 2.uncovering the connection of root and stem;treatment 3.covering the stem with soil and the control group,6 months later the samples were collected respectively. HPLC was used to analyze the content of ef-fective ingredients aucubin,geniposidic acid,chlorogenic acid and pinoresinol diglucoside. The results showed that the content of the aucubin increased by 80%after treated with the 3rd processing method,while the pinoresinol diglucoside in-creased by 101.5% and 921.0% after treated with the 1st and 2nd simulation of growth methods,dramatically,which meaned by simulating growth methods could change the synthesis and accumulation of the effective ingredients in the Eu-commia ulmoides oliver stem and its root barks.
