摘要
飞机在着陆碰撞时,起落架缓冲器会吸收撞击能量的80%以上。为了提高起落架的着陆缓冲性能,提出了一种利用新型智能材料磁流变液替换传统液压油的磁流变缓冲器。利用Ansys软件分析磁场对磁流变缓冲器设计的影响。理论与数值计算结果表明,磁流变缓冲器设计磁路结构是正确有效的。
The landing gear buffer will absorb the energy caused by collision more than 80% when the Aircraft landing. In order to improve the performance of landing gear landing buffer,a kind of MR damper to replace the traditional hydraulic oil by using new type of intelligent materal of magnetorheological fluid was put forward. The influence of magnetic field on the design of MR damper was analyzed by using Ansys software. The results of theoretical and numerical calculation show that magnetic circuit structure design of MR damper is correct and effective.
