摘要
阐述了一种新型电动伺服变量泵的结构组成和工作原理,基于AMESim软件建立泵体各部件及整体仿真模型,对其流量特性、流量-压力特性和变量调节特性进行了仿真分析。结果表明:所设计的电动伺服变量柱塞泵性能良好,能够满足使用要求;采用AMESim软件搭建的系统仿真模型可信度较高,可以很好地反映系统的实际运行情况,能够通过仿真指导系统的优化设计和控制算法实现。
The structure and operating principle of a novel electrical servo variable displacement piston pump were described. The pump components and the whole simulation models were built based on AMESim software. The simulation analyses of its flow rate,flow rate-pressure and variable displacement adjustment characteristics were carried out. The results show that the designed electrical servo variable displacement piston pump has good performance,it can meet the requirements. The system simulation model built with AMESim software has higher credibility,it can well reflect the actual operation of the system,so the system optimization design and control algorithm implementation can be guided through simulation.
