摘要 目的:探讨群体康复训练对运动发育迟缓婴幼儿粗大运动功能的影响.方法:选取0-3岁运动发育迟缓婴幼儿34名,随机分为训练组与对照组各17名.尝试群体康复训练模式,由康复医生与康复治疗师指导,保育员配合康复.对运动发育迟缓婴幼儿训练前、训练后3、6个月,分别采用粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)进行评估.结果:群体康复训练6个月后,训练组与对照组婴幼儿组间比较GMFM总分及B区、C区有统计学意义;13-18月龄与19-24月龄运动发育迟缓婴幼儿康复GMFM总分有显著性差异;不同疾病类型中脑瘫与听力障碍婴幼儿康复效更明显(P〈0.05).结论:运动发育迟缓婴幼儿采用群体康复训练模式能有效提高粗大运动功能. Objective:To explore effect of community rehabilitation training on gross motor function of motor development re-tardation infants. Methods:34 motor development retardation infants from 0 to 3 yearˊs old were selected and then divided into training group (n=17) and control group (n=17) randomly. The community rehabilitation training mode was attempted under the direction of rehabilitation doctor and rehabilitation therapist, and the nursed cooperated with the rehabilitation. Gross motor function measure ( GM-FM) should be adopted to evaluate before and 3 and 6 months after the training. Results:6 months after the training, there were sta-tistical significances in the GMFM total score, B area and C area between training group and control group. There were significant differences in the GMFM total score among the infants of 13~18 months and those of 19~24 months. Among different types of disea-ses, the rehabilitation effects on cerebral palsy infants and hearing impairment infants were more significant (P﹤0. 05). Conclusions:The community rehabilitation training on the motor development retardation infants can enhance their gross motor functions effectively.
