群体康复训练对运动发育迟缓婴幼儿精细运动功能的影响

Effect of community rehabilitation training on fine motor function of motor development retardation infants

目的探讨群体康复训练对运动发育迟缓婴幼儿精细运动功能的影响.方法：选取0-3 岁运动发育迟缓婴幼儿34 名,随机分为训练组与对照组各17 名.训练组婴幼儿采用群体康复训练,对照组婴幼儿不进行训练.训练前、训练后3、6 个月评估精细运动能力.结果：训练组婴幼儿训练前、训练3 个月后与对照组FMFM 各能区得分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0. 05）;训练6 个月后婴幼儿上肢关节活动能力及操作能力得分有明显差异（P〈0. 05）;13 -18 月龄及19 -24 月龄婴幼儿FMFM 总分明显提高（P〈0. 05）;训练后婴幼儿精细运动能力与粗大运动能力相关性更显著（P〈0. 05）.结论：运动发育迟缓婴幼儿进行群体康复训练能提高精细运动能力,为接受学校教育、提高社会适应能力、获得自理能力及回归社会奠定基础.

Objective:To explore effect of community rehabilitation training on fine motor function of motor development retar-dation infants. Methods:34 motor development retardation infants from 0 to 3 yearˊs old were selected and randomly divided into train-ing group (n=17) and control group (n=17). Training group adopted the community rehabilitation training, whereas control group did not. The ability of fine motor should be evaluated separately before and 3 and 6 months after the training. Results:There were no significant differences in FMFM scores between training group and control group before and 3 months after the training (P﹥0. 05). Af-ter 6 monthsˊtraining, there were significant differences in the activity of upper limb joint and the score of operation ability (P﹤0. 05). The FMFM total scores were improved significantly for the infants of 13~18 months and 19~24 months (P﹤0. 05). The relevance be-tween fine motor function and gross motor function became more remarkable after the training (P﹤0. 05). Conclusions:The communi-ty rehabilitation training on motor development retardation infants can enhance their fine motor functions, which can also lay the founda-tion for these children to accept school education, increase social adaptation ability, acquire self-care ability and return to society.
