Along with the further globalization, the global crimes are growing, and the new international criminal judicial cooperation mechanism appeared. Under the guidance of the supreme procuratorator, the direct cooperation mechanism for the procuratorator has been put into action in Puer city___ a minority borderline area. It is greatly proved that it is feasible and viable for the procuratorator to have direct cooperation mechanism and supply a new enlightenment for the further creation and development of the international criminal cooperation in borderline areas.
