摘要 目的:针对先天畸形性的新生儿听力的效果进行筛查进行分析,研究听力损失的原因是否包含先天畸形这个因素。方法:采用2010年1月到2012年12月期间在儿童医院的新生儿中不属于国家所颁布的听力高危人群,但是具有先天性畸形的患者,将他们作为新生儿的研究对象,主要选取的人数为417例。对照组的选择是该儿童医院正常的新生儿,共计794例。选取的方法为了避免偶然性或是其他因素的限制,现对自动听性脑干发应(AABR)以及畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)两种方法进行复合,希望达到良好的效果。结果:对于听力筛选而言,先天畸形性新生儿比正常的新生儿要弱,他们病发听力障碍的几率更大;此外,DPOAE法和AABR法相比,筛选新生儿听力具有一定的局限性,比较容易出现失误或是误诊,针对于听力障碍儿童的筛选不利,所以将两种方式进行联合,更合适筛查高危新生儿的听力状况。 Objective: analyze the hearing screening results of congenital malformation newborns, study ifthe factors include congenital malformations of hearing loss. Methods: newborns during January 2010 toDecember 2012 at children’s hospital are selected as the research objects and don’t belong to hearinghigh-risk groups promulgated by the state, but patients with congenital malformations; mainly choose thenumber of 417 cases. The choice of the control group is the normal newborns of children’s hospital, atotal of 794 cases. Selection methods in order to avoid accidental or other factors, are combined twomethods of automated auditory brainstem response (AABR) and distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE), hope to achieve good results. Results: for hearing screening, newborns with congenitalmalformations is weaker than normal, their disease risk of hearing impairment is bigger; In addition,comparing AABR method, DPOAE has certain limitations for screening of newborn hearing, mistakes ormisdiagnose more easily occurred. For screening of hearing impaired children, combined two methodsare more appropriate for hearing screening of high-risk newborns.
