浙南山区旱地粮食生产发展分析

摘要 浙南山区气候温和、雨量充沛,农业旱作区面积大,山地资源丰富,若能突破旱地农业技术约束,提高旱区农业生产能力,则浙南山区粮食生产水平会有较大的提升。近年来浙江省居民消费膳食结构中对于旱粮的需求越来越明显,加之浙江省发展旱粮的扶持政策、优越的自然条件和良好的加工基础,发展浙南山区旱粮生产是增加粮食总量、满足市场需求和丰富群众膳食结构的又一新机遇。通过从调整旱粮种植结构、建立退耕还草机制、构建立体农业生态系统、推广节水耕作、土壤培肥方面探索浙南山区旱地粮食发展思路,提升旱粮作物生产水平,使山区旱地空间、气候资源的利用更趋合理,获得高产、优质、高效、低能耗的生态经济效果。 Mountains of southern Zhejiang Province, is mild climate and abundant rainfall, with a largearea of upland crops and mountain resource. If the constraints of dryland farming technology can bebroken through, the ability of dryland production can be improved, the grain production level could beraised. In recent years, the demand of upland crops has been increasing in Zhejiang, also the policy, thenatural conditions and fine processing foundation, a new opportunity to develop the production of uplandcrops becomes practice. To explore the pathways of upland crops production development and to enhancethe technological level through adjusting planting structure, establishing farmland and grasslandmechanism, building the ecological agriculture system, promoting water conservation tillage and soilfertilizer application, making the utilization of dryland space and climate resources more reasonable,leads to the high yield, high quality, high efficiency, low energy consumption ecological economic effects.
