摘要 针对当前低瓦斯涌出量矿井瓦斯爆炸事故多发的实际情况,为进一步总结该类矿井瓦斯爆炸的原因和教训,以云南省红土田煤矿"4.21"重大瓦斯爆炸事故为例进行了分析,指出违法违规开采、瓦斯异常涌出、通风瓦斯管理混乱是造成低瓦斯涌出量矿井发生瓦斯爆炸事故的三大原因,并据此提出了打击违法违规生产、加强瓦斯异常监控、严格通风瓦斯管理三个方面的防控对策。 To counter to the current situation of gas explosion accidents in the low gassy mine, in this paper, the lessons and causes of gas explosions occurred in such kind of mines were further summarized and analysis was made on “4. 21” serious gas explosion accident in Yunnan Hongtutian Coal Mine. It pointed out that the illegal mining, the abnormal gas emission and the ventilation and gas management confusion were three major causes leading to mine gas explosion. For this reason, three gas prevention and control measures were proposed, including cracking down on illegal mining, strengthening the abnormal gas monitoring and ventilation and gas management.
