摘要
矿井回风中含有大量的低浓度甲烷以及丰富而稳定的余热资源,若直接排入大气不仅造成能源的浪费,还增加了温室气体的排放量。分别从矿井回风瓦斯、矿井回风余热利用的角度出发,对矿井回风瓦斯的热氧化、催化氧化技术,以及回风余热利用的热管、热泵等技术进行了分析对比,探讨了不同技术手段的适用条件。
A large amount of low-concentration methane and rich and stable waste heat resource are contained in the mine return air, if they are released directly into the atmosphere, it will not only waste the energy, but also increase the greenhouse gas emissions. In this paper, starting from the angle of the utilization of mine ventilation air methane ( VAM) and return air waste heat, analysis and comparison were made on the main techniques for the thermal and catalytic oxidation of VAM and for the heat pipe and pump used in utilization of return air waste heat, discussion was carried out on the applicability of different techniques, and the utilization prospects of the mine return air resources were put forward.
