摘要 针对阳煤五矿赵家分区井底车场矸石装车线巷道的强烈底鼓问题,通过现场底板破坏特征分析,以及FLAC3D内置的应变软化模型与摩尔库伦模型对构造应力场的对比分析,揭示了高应力软岩巷道强烈底鼓的原因:底板岩体经应变软化后水平应力释放较大,应力值较低,在二次水平应力的作用下,发生峰后扩容产生强烈底鼓。底板必须与顶帮形成一样的支护强度,才能使巷道断面受力均匀。数值模拟与工程实践证明,采用底板锚注技术后底鼓得到了有效的控制。 To counter to the problem of serious floor heave in the waste-loading roadway at the bottom in Zhaojia District of Yangquan No. 5 Mine, the causes of the serious floor heave occurred in the high-stress soft-rock roadway were revealed through the analysis of the floor failure characteristics and the comparative analysis of the built-in stain softening model in FLAC3D and the molar Coulomb model with the structural stress field;the horizontal stress of the floor rock was greatly released after the strain softening, the stress value was small, and under the action of the secondary horizontal stress, the post-peak dilatation caused the occurrence of the serious floor heave. The bottom and two sides of the roadway must have the same support strength so as to make a uniform force on the roadway section. The numerical simulation and engineering practice proved that the floor heave was under effective control after the floor anchor and grouting technology was applied.
