摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,韩国正面临着农产品市场的不断开放,这给基础薄弱的农业带来了严峻的挑战。韩国政府为适应消费者对食品安全的迫切需求,通过强化和出台一系列政策法规给本国农业的发展谋求新的出路。文章从消费者对食品安全认知的角度出发,对韩国食品安全监管机构的职能和相关政策法规进行逐一说明,并就主要的食品安全认证体系和绩效进行详细分析。在此基础上,文章最后总结全文,并总结了韩国食品安全体系对我国的启示,并展望了未来前景。
With the development of economic globalization,South Korea is facing an increasingly open market for agricultural products,which has posed a serious challenge on its weak agriculture.The South Korean government,to meet consumers' demand for urgent food safety,is seeking new ways to develop their agriculture by strengthening and introducing a series of policies and regulations.The author,taking consideration of the consumers' awareness of food safety and makes a detailed analysis of the functions and related policies and regulations of Korean food safety regulatory agencies and explains the major food safety certification system and performance.On this basis,the author concludes and summarizes the revelation of Korea's food safety system to China and shows the prospect of future.
