新政视阈下的浙江民办教育发展转型研究

Research on the Development Transition of Zhejiang Non-Government Education in New Deal of Non-Government Education

多元经济与多元文化、以及多元教育是密切相关的。在我国经济新常态驱动下浙江新一轮经济振兴战略提速,作为技能技术型人才培养担当的"另一方面军"的民办教育如何应对,机遇和挑战并存。遵循教育的规律,直面民办教育的问题与发展瓶颈,用足用活"新政"给以民办教育的政策,强化依法办学的意识,以学校的内涵发展促转型,建构新型的政府行业社会共同办学的民办教育体系,这是浙江民办教育的当务之急。

Multieconomy and multiculture are closely related to multicultural education. Zhejiang Province will accelerate anew round of strategy to bolster economy driven by the economic new normal of our country, non-government education as ＂anotherarmy＂ for training skilled and technology-oriented talents, is facing the coexisting challenge and opportunity. The top priority of Zhejiangeducation is to follow the education rules, face the problems and development bottleneck of non-government education, take fulladvantage of the non-government education policies under new deal, strengthen the consciousness of running schools in accordancewith law, promote school transformation through connotation development and construct new type of non-government education systemincluding government, industries and communities.
