高等师范院校网络舆情管理控制研究

The Research of Managing and Controlling Network Public Opinion in Higher Normal Universities

文章从当今社会热点话题之一的网络舆情入手,通过对网络舆情概念的辨析和高等师范院校网络舆情发展特点的阐释,指出管理高等师范院校网络舆情的主要途径是建立健全高校网络舆情快速反应机制和网上交流平台,并对学生进行积极的舆论引导。这将对高等师范院校构建良好网络舆情环境和建设高校学生教育新阵地有积极意义。

Starting from network public opinion, one of the social hottest topics nowadays, this paper has pointed out that the main way of managing higher normal universities＇ network public opinion is establishing and improving rapidly responded mechanism and on- line communicational platform of universities＇ network public opinion by discriminating the concept of network public opinion and ex- plaining the development factors of higher normal universities＇ network public opinion, and made public opinion guidance to students actively. All of these have positive influence on higher normal universities to construct good environment for network public opinion and establish new educational positions for university students.
