摘要
采用教育部发布的"全国中外合作办学机构和项目相关信息(2014年4月22日更新)"监测数据,对苏沪浙三省市的本科中外合作办学发展状况进行了比较分析。通过对比研究,江苏、浙江只有通过加大优质教育资源引进力度,提高高水平合作项目比例,调动重点高校的积极性,提升中外合作办学的层次,注重从"项目"到"机构"的路径培育,重视对专业设置的规划布局,强化措施的操作性和时效性,建立科学的评价机制等对策措施来"取长补短",才能构建区域差异化、特色化优势,缩小与上海发展水平的差距。
By using monitoring data of "related information of the Sino foreign cooperative education institution or project ( A- pril22, 2014 update)" issued by the Ministry of education, we compared and analyzed the development status of Sino -foreign cooper- ation in running schools between Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Through comparative study, Jiangsu and Zhejiang could construct the advantage of differentiation and specialization, to narrow the disparity of development level of Shanghai, only do they increase efforts to introduce high - quality educational resources, to improve the proportion of high level cooperation projects, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the key universities, to enhance the level of Chinese foreign cooperation in running schools, to focus on the cultivation of path from "project" to "institutional", to pay attention to a set of professional planning and overall arrangement, to strengthening the measures of operational and targeted, to establish a scientific evaluation mechanism, etc.
