摘要
高校的各类教学与管理工作需要系统的人力资源作为保障,高等教育的普及为高校教师队伍建设带来空前挑战,需要在高校教师队伍建设中引入人力资源战略管理,科学配置教师资源,重视高校教师科研成果的保护,从而激发教师教学科研的热情,进一步推进高校教师管理团队建设,提升工作效率。研究发现,高校教师队伍建设对于高校内部的运行效率以及教学水平的提升有重要意义。
All kinds of teaching and administration in universities need systematic human resources as the guarantee, and the pop- ularity of higher education has brought unprecedented challenges for team construction of university teachers, all of which require to lead into strategic management of human resources, configurate scientifically the resources of teachers, and pay more attention to the protection of university teachers' research achievements during the process of team construction of university teachers, thus motivating the teachers' passion for scientific research of teaching, further promoting team construction of university teachers management and en- hancing their working efficiency. By the research, we have found that team construction of university teachers is of great importance to improve operational efficiency and teaching standards in universities.
