党员先进性建设是高校党建工作的核心话题,具有十分重要意义,但是目前高校党员先进性建设存在很多问题,从党员本身先进性到党员教育、管理、培训等方面的先进性做得非常不够。之所以如此,一个最根本的原因就是没有建立健全一套切实有效确保党员先进性建设的长效机制。为此,高校务必要切合本身党建工作开展存在的各种问题和党员队伍发展的现状,按照党员先进性建设要求,坚持创新性、实效性、系统性与学习性的原则,从价值取向与发展思路、教育学习机制、管理与服务机制、实践活动机制等层面建构起一套保持和发展高校党员先进性建设持久运行的长效机制,从而推动高校学生党员先进性建设工作可持续发展。

Party members＇ advancement construction is the core of the party construction in colleges, having very important signifi- cance, but currently there are a lot of problems from party members＇ itself advancement to the insufficiency of education, management, training, etc. So, one of the most fundamental reasons is that a sound long - term mechanism which ensures party members＇ advance- ment construction is not established. Therefore, according to the various problems which are existed in party construction and the pres- ent situation of party members＇ development in accordance with the requirement of the party members＇ advancement construction, adhe- ring to the principle of innovation effectiveness, system, and learnability, the colleges should construct a long - term mechanism which maintain and develop long - lasting advancement construction of party members in colleges from the value orientation and development ideas, educational learning mechanism, mechanism of management and service, mechanism of practice activity, so as to promote sus- tainable development of student party members＇ advancement construction in colleges.
