摘要
日本中小学教师心理健康濒于危机状况,其现状非常令人堪忧。中小学教师心理健康状况的严重程度与文部科学省所掌握情况相比有过之而无不及。教师心理健康问题特征呈现出多样化且错综复杂。而从心理健康问题的成因来看,教育环境因素是最主要因素。
Primary and middle school teachers＇ mental health is endangered in Japan. The present status is extremely worrisome. Actually, the present status of primary and middle school teachers＇ mental health problems is severer than what Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has known. The characteristics of teachers＇ mental health problems are diverse, intricate and complicated. Educational environment is the main factor that causes teachers＇ mental health problems.
