摘要
水污染是当今我国面临的主要环境问题之一,尤其在当前国家推进生态文明建设的大背景下,更加受到前所未有的重视。作为与水污染防治密切相关的污水处理技术,还或多或少存在着处理能耗较高、配套管网建设相对滞后、污泥无害化处理率较低、排放指标一刀切、农村生活污水处理率较低和部分企业偷排工业废水等弊端。为解决这些问题,需要我国以生态文明理念为引领,采用诸如生态处理、再生水回用和厌氧氨氧化工艺等绿色化的污水处理技术,在有效减少水中污染物的同时,从污水中回收水源、能源和其他资源,以更好地保障经济社会的可持续发展。
Water pollution is one of the most serious environmental problems in China, which re ceives the unprecedented attention in the process of promoting the ecological civilization construction. The sewage treatment technology is directly related to the prevention and control of water pollution, which has some problems, including the high energy consumption, the lagging behind pipe network construction, the low rate of sludge harmless treatment, the sweeping approach of emission targets, the low rate of rural sewage treatment, the secretly emissions of industrial wastewater by some companies, and so on. In order to solve these problems, China should develop green sewage treatment technology such as ecological treatment, water recycling technology, and anaerobic ammonia oxidation process, which can reduce pollutants and recover water, energy and other re sources.
