Yao Wendong is a researcher of modern diplomacy of late Qing dynasty.He used to travel frequently abroad before becoming a diplomat owing to his open mind and intelligent handling of the international crises.Hence,he develops his prudent and preventive diplomatic strategies to handle the ChineseBurmese border crises,safeguarding the interests of Chinese people.
