Sun Qifeng is a well-famed scholar on celebrities of Beijing in Ming and Qing.His pertinent analyses feature in that Confucianism is the fundamental principle,that reclusive should be viewed with mercy and tolerance,and that purity and perfect perspectives are employed in commenting upon the figures.
