县级土地整治规划数据库建设研究

土地整治规划数据库建设是实现土地信息化管理和建设的迫切需求,是落实基础图件与项目成果的数字化管理、实现"一张图"指导和管理平台建设的要求。该文基于Arc GIS软件平台,在分析解读县级土地整治规划数据库建设的规程与要求下,阐述了数据库建设的内容与技术流程,列举了数据检查过程中的常见错误及其处理方法,为同期开展土地整治规划数据库建设工作提供新的思路与模式参考,以促进县级土地整治规划管理的信息化建设。

The construction of land consolidation planning database is an urgent need of land informationiza-tion management and construction,and is the implementation of the basic database of maps and digital da-ta management project results,achieving＂a map＂to guide the planning and management of land consolida-tion activities. Based on the software platform of Arc GIS,this paper analyzes the land consolidation Plan-ning regulations,states the content and construction flow of database,lists the errors and the methods of so-lution. This paper also provides new thoughts and models of the construction of land consolidation Plan-ning database,promotes informationization construction of county land consolidation planning management.
