杨凌示范区就地城镇化的路径探索

Exploration of Urbanization in Situ in Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone

我国目前已将城镇化发展作为国家发展的重大战略,这是基于我国基本国情作出的重大决策。推进就地城镇化是城乡统筹协调发展的有效途径,是新型城镇化发展的战略支点。作为国家唯一的农业高新技术产业示范区,杨凌示范区在推进城乡一体化发展方面做出了积极探索,提出了就地发展城镇化的路径,通过农业就地产业化转变农村产业结构,通过农村就地社区化转变农村社会结构,通过农民就地职业化转变农村就业结构,三化驱动形成了杨凌示范区三农融合发展的就地城镇化模式。

Nowadays,China takes the urbanization development as a major national strategy,which is a great decision based on the national fundamental realities.Promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas by local urbanization has been an effective way,which is the strategic pivot of the new pattern urbanization in the country.As the only agricultural high-tech industries demonstration zone,Yangling demonstration zone has carried on a great deal of exploration in promoting the integration of urban and rural areas,including the industrialization of agriculture,the construction of rural community as well as the acceleration in the profession of farmers,and has formed the Yangling development model of urbanization in situ.
