提高CFB锅炉整体脱硫效率试验研究

摘要 针对1 060 t/h亚临界参数循环流化床锅炉,通过试验研究得出提高CFB锅炉整体脱硫效率的技术措施。主要通过对石灰石脱硫剂的粒径进行分选优化以及在锅炉尾部增设增激活化深度脱硫装置,提高CFB锅炉的整体脱硫效率。由试验结果可知,CFB锅炉烟气中SO2排放浓度降至200 mg/Nm3以下,为同类机组提供参考。 For 1060 t / h subcritical CFB boiler,the technical measures are studied on improving whole desulfurization efficiency of CFB boiler by experiment. The whole desulfurization efficiency of CFB boiler gets improved mainly by sorting optimization the particle size of limestone desulfurization and adding deep desulfurization device of activate by desulfurization at the rear of the boiler. Experimental data shows that: CFB boiler flue gas concentration of SO2 could reach less than 200 mg / Nm^3,providing certain basis for pollutant discharge by standard of CFB boiler.
