自适应模糊PID控制在轴封压力控制系统中的应用

Seal Pressure Control System Based on Self-adaptive Fuzzy PID Controller

为了保证汽轮机安全、经济运行,必须控制轴封压力大小在规定值。针对轴封系统压力动态特性存在大延迟、大惯性、非线性的特点,提出了将模糊控制和PID控制相结合的策略,设计了轴封压力模糊PID控制。仿真试验表明模糊PID控制具有较强的鲁棒性及良好的控制品质。

Both the high and the low of turbine shaft seal pressure would affect turbine work concerning the safe and economy operation. According to the characteristics of nonlinearity,large delay and time-varying of seal pressure control system,a strategy fuzzy control combination of PID control is proposed,Seal Pressure Control fuzzy based on PID control has been designed. Results show the fuzzy PID control has good robustness and effectiveness.
