康复操预防乳腺癌术后患者PICC拔管困难的效果观察

Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise on Improvement of Extubation Success Rate of Postoperative Patients with Breast Cancer

目的探讨康复操预防乳腺癌术后患者PICC拔管困难中的应用效果。方法选取120例乳腺癌术后置入PICC化疗患者,按置管先后顺序编号,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上术后2周给予康复操锻炼。观察比较两组患者PICC拔管成功率。结果观察组PICC拔管成功率高于对照组(χ2=6.982,P=0.008)。结论对乳腺癌术后置入PICC患者,术后2周给予康复操锻炼,预防静脉血栓的形成,可提高PICC拔管成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation exercise on improvement of extubation success rate of postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods Totally 120 postoperative breast cancer patients with PICC were divided into control group and observation group with sixty patients in each group. Conventional nursing was conducted in control group but in observation group, patients performed rehabilitation exercise in two weeks after operation and received conventional nursing. Extubation success rate in two groups were compared. Results The success rate in observation group was higher than that in control group（χ2=6.982,P=0.008）. Conclusion For postoperative breast cancer patients with PICC, rehabilitation exercise in two weeks after the operation benefits the prevention of venous thrombosis and the improvement of extubation success rate which is worth to be promoted.
