双生子在表观遗传学研究中的价值 被引量:11

The value of twin study in epigenetic research

摘要 表观遗传现象(epigenetics)一般定义为DNA序列未发生变化但基因功能发生了可遗传改变的现象,包括DNA甲基化(DNA methylation)及染色质重塑(Chromatin remodeling)等。表观遗传流行病学是研究表观遗传现象在人群中的分布及其与人类健康关系的学科,运用双生子人群可区分遗传变异贡献大小,在控制基因结构变异和大部分环境因素的条件下,分析背后表观遗传学变化机制。
