阜新市产业结构和就业结构变动关系

Changing relationship between industrial structure and employment structure of Fuxin

针对阜新市产业结构调整问题,运用ADF单位根检验和格兰杰因果关系检验,认为阜新市产业结构变动是就业结构变动的格兰杰原因。第一产业产值的增加可以带动就业,但就业结构"非农"进程缓慢;第二产业发展具有较大的发展空间和吸纳就业的能力;第三产业劳动力市场已经饱和。研究结果为阜新市产业结构调整提供参考。

In view of the problems in industrial structure adjustment in Fuxin,ADF unit root test and Grainger test of causality were based on for this study.Findings show that changes in industrial structure are Granger cause of changes in employment structure.Growth of primary industry can promote employment,but employment structure＇s ＂non-farming＂ process is slow,secondary industry enjoys great development space and capacity to absorb employment,and workforce for tertiary industry is already saturated.Results provide reference for Fuxin＇s industrial structure adjustment.
