煤矿井下高浓度胶结充填开采地表沉陷预计 被引量:8

摘要 为对煤矿井下高浓度胶结充填开采地表沉陷进行预计,运用"等价采高"的概念,建立充填开采等价采高模型,得出了充填开采地表沉陷最大值计算公式;采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对充填开采地表沉陷情况进行模拟,应用数学回归分析数值计算结果探究了充填开采地表下沉系数和等价采高的关系,最终确定高浓度胶结充填开采地表下沉系数与等价采高近似成数学常数e的指数函数关系;结合现场工程实践,计算得出在特定条件下新阳矿充填开采地表下沉系数为0.11,地表沉陷预计最大值为72.6 mm,与其他采用充填开采技术工作面的地表沉陷实测结果基本一致. In order to predict surface subsidence with high concentration cementation stowing mining in coal mine, the concept of "equivalent mining thickness" was applied to establish the equivalent mining height model with filling mining, and the formula of the filling mining surface subsidence maximum value was obtained; the filling mining surface subsidence situation was simulated by the FLAC3 D numerical simulation software and results of numerical calculation analyzed by mathematics regression were used to explore the relationship between the filling mining surface subsidence coefficient and the equivalent mining height. Eventually the relationship between high concentration cementation stowing mining surface subsidence coefficient and equivalent mining height is determine to be mathematical constant e exponential function relation approximately; combined with the engineering practice, the calculated filling mining surface subsidence coefficient is 0.11 under the certain condition of Xin Yang mine, and the surface maximum subsidence value is 72.6 mm, which are consistent with other filling mining working faces surface subsidence measurement results.
