清代名儒景日昣及其《嵩厓尊生书》

A Celebrated Confucian in the Qing Dyansty:JING Ri-zhen with his Song Ya Zun Sheng Book

景日昣,清初一代名儒,对《周易》造诣颇深。因母病习医,精研《内经》、《难经》诸书,常以易释医,认为医易同源,阴阳之消长变化,在天地与人无二致,重视阴阳升降,提出"微阳宜养","微阴宜惜",业医者须知常以达变,著有《嵩厓尊生书》。是书为综合性医书,经多次刊刻,版本极为复杂。其中较早的版本应为本衙藏版和扫叶山房藏版。景氏对金元时期李东垣、朱丹溪至为推崇,书中多次引用二家之说,但亦未固守古人之窠臼,论病往往独出新意。其论治遵循《伤寒论》,采用方证证治方法,内容丰富,条理清晰,切于实用,故成书后广为流传。

JING Ri-zhen was a renowned scholar not only for his Confucius study but also researches on the Book of Changes in the early of Qing Dynasty. Due to his mother＇s illness, JING focused on Neijing, Nanjing, explaining related theories on Traditional Chinese Medicine（T.C.M）. In his opinion, T.C.M shares same theoretical resources, i.e. wax and wane between Yin and Yang, harmony between nature and humans. He believed that human beings should take care of their health by cherishing primary Yang Qi and primary Yin Qi through rising and falling between Yang and Yin. Furthermore, he pointed out that doctors should put much emphasis on humans＇ normal status to distinguish pathogenic changes. Thereby, he wrote Song Ya Zun Sheng Book which was a quite comprehensive medical writing with several republications and complex block-printed editions. Among all editions, the early ones belong to Ben Ya collection and Sao Ye Shan Fang collection. Although JING often quoted sentences from LI Dong-yuan and ZHU Dan-xi in the Jing Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty, he didn＇t follow outdated theories by putting forward innovative ideas. His work was well known among readers because of his unique recipe-treatment, substantial content, logical organization, practical cases and the similar system with Shang Han Lun.
