顾植山谈“补土派”

Tonifying Earth School:An Interview with GU Zhi-shan

李东垣是"补土派"的创始人。后学对其建立的学说多归于"饮食不节,内伤脾胃"一端,而对东垣当时经历金元之交"壬辰大疫"这一因素的影响缺乏进行系统深入的专业探讨。顾植山教授从中医五运六气理论的视角,对东垣重视脾胃、强调补土的学术思想产生的时代背景进行了深入细致的分析,从学术脉络、运气条件,流派发展等多个维度对"补土派"相关的问题进行了系统阐述。顾植山指出:李东垣所经历的"三年化疫"所化的大疫为土疫,当时的大司天是寒湿,其遇到的疫病病机多属脾胃内伤。李东垣根据运气特点,抓住脾胃病机进行治疗,故起到了很好的效果。顾植山认为:对古代学术流派的研究,要重视与五运六气的关系,不同的运气条件产生不同的疾病,造成不同的学术主张和学术流派。学术流派的传承,最终要完成其历史使命——融入主流学术中去,提升中医的整体学术水平。

LI Dong-yuan was an initiator on tonifying earch School. Many researchers conclude his theory as that symptoms of stomach or spleen could be due to irregular diets or expired food. However, there were no systematic studies on pathogenic factors on ＇Ren Chen Da Yi＇ during the switch of Jing Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty when LI Dong-yuan lived. Prof. Gu has made a comprehensive analysis on Invigorating Spleen and Stomach tonifying earch School by LI Dong-yuan with the perspective of doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. He also points out that most digest cases happened during the period of San Nian Hua Yi, which could produce some dampness with cold. Thereby, many treatments had impressive effects as LI Dong-yuan mastered the main pathogenesis at that time. Also,Prof.GU has an idea that we should put much emphasize on ancient schools, connections between and different disease, inheritance of various scholarships, fusion with main current medicine and improvement of whole Traditional Chinese Medicine.
