旋毛虫幼虫提取物对人血液凝固的影响 被引量:2

摘要 旋毛虫幼虫提取物对人血液凝固影响的研究结果表明,幼虫提取物能够抑制内源性凝血系统,但不导致或参与纤维蛋白的溶解。对ADP或肾上腺素诱导的血小板聚集有抑制作用,且可使ADP诱聚的血小板解聚。经Sephadex G—100纯化的提取物仍有抗凝活性。将幼虫粗提取物和层析提取物进行SDS—PAGE显示相对分子量在28—105KDa之间的8条相似区带。抗凝活性物质可能存在于这些区带中。 The effects of extracts of Trichinella spiralis larvse on human blood clotting were studied. The extracts can inhibit human blood coagulation on the intrinsic clotting pathway, but do not induce or participate in the fibrinolysis. They not only inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP or epinephrine, but also retroaggregate the platelet— aggregated induced by ADP. Extract purified by Sephadex G— 100 still possesses the anticoagulant properties. SDS —PAGE showed that 8 bands (Mr 28—105KDa) of crude extract were similar to those of purified respectively, in which the active anticoagulant substances may be contained.
