Occurrence Situations Statistics and Relevant Analysis on Unplanned Reoperations in a Stomatology Hospital

目的探索口腔专科医院口腔颌面外科非计划再次手术的原因,为提高医疗质量、降低非计划再次手术发生率提供依据。方法对我院口腔颌面外科2011年-2013年120例非计划再次手术情况进行回顾性分析。结果 2011年-2013年住院手术共计14777例,非计划再次手术率0.81%(120/14777)。游离皮瓣血管危象、术后血肿是发生非计划再次手术的主要原因。非计划再次手术患者的平均住院日、平均住院费用与全部手术患者的平均值相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论医院要加强监管,关注高危人群、重点病种和手术,加强疑难手术围手术期的管理,做好早期观察与监测,减少非计划再次手术的发生。

Objective To explore the reasons of unplanned reoperations in oral and maxillofacial surgery department of a stomatology hospital. and provide evidence to improve the medical quality and reduce the rate of unplanned reoperation. Methods 120 cases of unplanned reoperations from 2011 to 2013 in oral and maxillofacial surgery department of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 14777 cases of hospitalization operations from 2011 to 2013. the rate of unplanned reoperation was 0.81%（120/14777）. The main causes of unplanned reoperation were vascular crisis. hematoma. There was statistic difference between the indexes of unplanned reoperations patients and all the operation patients in aspects included average length of stay and average hospitalization charge（P〈0.01）. Conclusions The hospital should strengthen the supervision. attach importance to patients with high risk. important diseases and operations. strengthen the perioperative management of difficult operations and strengthen the early observation and supervision. so as to reduce the incidence of unplanned reoperations.
