数字冠脉造影与多排螺旋CT冠脉成像辐射剂量对比 被引量:5

A Comparative Study of Coronary Imaging Radiation Dose between Digital Coronary Angiogram and Multi-slice Spiral CT

摘要 目的对比临床中数字冠脉造影与多排螺旋CT冠脉成像对患者辐射剂量的差异。方法选取某院2012年1月到2013年12月间接受数字冠脉造影检查的80例患者为A组,并选取同期接受多排螺旋CT冠脉成像检查的80例患者为B组,对比两组射线剂量。结果 A组辐射有效剂量为(5.5±2.1)m Sv,B组辐射有效剂量为(9.8±1.8)m Sv,A组有效剂量明显的低于B组有效剂量,且数据的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组图像质量评分为(3.6±0.3)分,B组图像质量评分为(3.5±0.4)分,统计学无意义(P>0.05)。结论临床中数字冠脉造影与多排螺旋CT冠脉成像检查方法中图像质量比较并无明显的差异,而应用多排螺旋CT冠脉成像检查辐射风险明显的要高于数字冠脉造影检查。但是,由于多排螺旋CT冠脉成像检查属于无创检查,从而使得CT在冠心病诊断中得到广泛的普及。工作人员应重视多排螺旋CT冠脉成像对受检患者的辐射损害。 Objectives To compare the difference of coronary imaging radiation dose to patients between digital coronary angiogram and multi-slice spiral CT. Methods 80 patients who accepted digital coronary angiogram of a hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as group A. while another 80 patients who accepted multi-slice spiral CT in the same period were selected as group B. the radiation dose of the two groups were compared. Results A group of radiation effective dose(5.5 ± 2.1) m Sv. group B radiation effective dose(9.8 ± 1.8) m Sv. A group was significantly lower than the effective dose and effective dose in group B. and the difference was statistically significant data(P〈0.05). A set of image quality score was(3.6±0.3) points. group B image quality score was(3.5±0.4) points. a statistically insignificant(P〈0.05). Conclusions The image quality between digital coronary angiogram and multi-slice spiral CT has no significant difference in clinical work.but the application of multi-slice spiral CT coronary imaging radiation risk is significantly higher than that of digital coronary angiogram. However. due to the multi-slice spiral CT coronary imaging is noninvasive. so that CT is widely popular in the diagnosis of coronary heart diseases. The staff should pay attention to the radiation damage on the patients who accept multi-slice spiral CT coronary imaging.
