摘要
1979～1984年在湖北西部进行肺吸虫第一中间宿主调查时发现湖北小豆螺和中国哈氏螺携带有肺吸虫幼虫,其自然感染率分别为0.2%(1/484)和0.32%(5/1558)。证实为斯氏肺吸虫第一中间宿主。
Two species of the first intermediate hosts. namely Bythinella hubeiensis and Halewisia sinica,of paragonimus were discovered in west Hubei Province, China. Bythinella hubeiensis collected in 1979,1982 in Xingshan and Changyang of the province. Its infection rate is 0. 20% (1/ 484). H. sinica collected in 1979,1982— 1984 from Wufeng and Changying Counties, with infection rate of 0. 32% (5/1558).
