综合护理干预对糖尿病患者的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究综合护理干预对糖尿病患者的疗效。方法选取2013年3月—2014年6月该院收治的106例糖尿病患者,将其分为常规组和综合组,常规组采用常规护理干预,综合组采用综合护理干预,观察两组患者的护理干预前后的血脂血糖水平和生活质量。结果综合组患者的血脂血糖水平改善程度明显优于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外综合组患者的生活质量和遵医嘱行为明显好于常规组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效控制糖尿病患者的血脂血糖水平,改善患者遵医嘱行为,有效提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 106 cases with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from 2013 March to 2014 June were selected and equally divided into the conventional group and comprehensive group. The conventional group were given the conventional nursing intervention, and the comprehensive group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention. And the levels of blood lipid and blood sugar and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing intervention were observed. Results The improvement of the level of blood lipid and glucose in the comprehensive group was obviously better than that of the conventional group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. In addition, the quality of life and compliance behavior of the comprehensive group were significantly better than those of the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively control the levels of blood lipid and glucose and improve the compliance behavior and quality of life of the diabetic patients.
