老年糖尿病并发肺炎的护理研究

Study on the Nursing for Elderly Patients with Diabetes Complicated by Pneumonia

目的探讨老年糖尿病并发肺炎的护理方法和临床效果,以供参考。方法将该院2012年7月—2014年6月收治的老年糖尿病并发肺炎患者80例纳入该研究,根据随机数字表法分组。对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者实施人性化护理。对比两组患者并发症发生率、护理质量等方面的差异性。结果与对照组对比,研究组患者并发症发生率较低,护理质量较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病并发肺炎患者实施人性化护理,有利于减少并发症,提高护理质量,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods for elderly patients with diabetes complicated by pneumonia and the clinical effect for reference. Methods 80 elderly patients with diabetes complicated by pneumonia admitted in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2014 were included in this study and grouped in accordance with the random number table. Patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing, while patients in the study group were given the humanistic nursing. And the incidence of complications, nursing quality and other aspects were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the study group was lower, the nursing quality was higher, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with diabetes complicated by pneumonia,humanistic nursing is conducive to reducing the complications and improving the nursing quality, so it is worth promoting.
