摘要
为解决欧贸品种CJ 9.7tex-com(70皮/30澳)纱棉结超标问题,通过对各工序棉结过程能力的分析找出棉结超标的要因,并采取针对性措施将棉结降低到客户要求的30个/km指标之内,CPK提高到0.75,达到0.67攻关目标。指出:通过技术攻关,欧贸品种CJ 9.7tex-com纱各项指标都达到要求,但波动依然存在,要进一步对数据按分层控制法进行分析,特别要注意梳理等关键工序用专件、器材和温湿度等对产质量的影响;对过程能力的分析与控制非常有效,可充分利用此工具,提升产品质量。
In order to solve the problems of neps in Euro-exported varieties CJ 9.7tex-com with pima cotton 70% and Aus-cotton 30% exceeding the nominated data,analysis of the neps generating process finds the reason why the neps exceeds the nominated data.Countermeasures are taken to reduce neps as the customer desired within 30pcs/km and CPK value increases up to0.75,exceeding 0.67,the nominated data.It proves that through technical research,all indices of the Euro-exported varieties CJ 9.7tex-com yarn meets the customers' requirements,but the volatility is still there.Further analysis of the data is needed according to the hierarchical control method,with particular attention to special parts,accessories and humiture in the key processes including combing process,which may have some impact on yarn quality.Analysis and control of process capability is very effective.It is recommended to make full use of this tool improving product quality.
