摘要
随着全球各国对资源再利用与环境保护认识的深入,电子废弃物逐渐得到社会关注。针对我国电子废弃物行业中正规拆解处理企业的回收量少、回收价格不统一、回收市场混乱的情况,结合当前基金政策,与时俱进,提出了基金政策下第三方逆向回收电子废弃物价格模型,用以确定具体回收价格。设定第三方拆解企业负责逆向回收,通过分析闭环供应链流程中制造商、第三方拆解企业、销售商三大参与主体的利润,加入制造商基金征收和第三方基金补贴,建立三大主体函数博弈模型,用数学方法最大化第三方利润函数,得到电子废弃物最佳回收价格函数,旨在研究我国基金政策下逆向回收电子废弃物价格,规范市场,加快电子废弃物行业的发展。
As the understanding of the resources recycling and environmental protection become more and more deep around the world,e-waste resources recycling is attracted the attention of people. To the e-waste industry in China, formal dismantling enterprises get less e-waste, and the recycling price is not unified, recycling market be in a mess. Under this situation, advancing with the times, combining with the current policy, then third-party reverse recycling e-waste prices model under the fund policy is put forward, in order to calculate the best price of e-waste. Assuming that a third party is responsible for the reverse recovery, the profits of manufacturers, third-party dismantling enterprises and retailers who participate in the closed-loop supply chain process is analysed. And the profit analysis join manufacturers fund collection and third-party fund subsidies, then establish profit function, to calculate the best e-waste recycling price game model. It aims to study the reverse recovery of el-waste prices under the fund policy, standardize the market, expediting the development of electronic waste.
