摘要
随着生物与环境交叉学科的不断发展,利用生物法浸出废弃印刷线路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)中的铜越来越引起重视。为了找出目前利用嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌浸出废弃PCB中铜的最佳条件,综合讨论了对嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长及其浸出废弃PCB中铜效率的影响因素,并探讨了表面活性剂、电场、催化剂等外部因素对嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌浸出废弃PCB中铜效果的影响。通过论述催化剂在嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌浸矿中的促进作用,表明了能够促进嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌生长的催化剂是存在的。由于铜在矿石和废弃PCB中的存在形态是不同的,研究开发适用于促进嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌浸出废弃PCB中铜的催化剂将是未来的研究热点。
With the rapid development of biological and environmental interdisciplinary, the use of biological leaching to extract copper from waste printed circuit board(PCB) gains more and more attention. The impact of different factors on leaching copper from waste PCB by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans was comprehensively discussed. Through 3 aspects as follows: factors on influencing the growth of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, factors influencing the efficiency of leaching copper from waste PCB by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and external factors such as surfactants, electric field, catalyst, etc. It aimed at identifying the current optimum conditions for leaching copper from waste PCB by using Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans. By discussing the role of catalyst in accelerating mineral leaching with Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, the existence of catalyst that can promote the growth of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans was indicted. Since the different existing forms of copper in mineral and waste PCB, researches of catalyst that enables acceleration of copper leaching from waste PCB by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans will be the hotspot in future.
