摘要
LabVIEW是实验室虚拟仪器集成环境的简称,是美国NI公司推出的虚拟仪器开发平台软件,具有简洁图形化编程环境和强大的功能。论文在对PID控制算法进行研究的基础上,使用LabVIEW软件编写程序对气动比例阀进行控制,分别采用传统PID控制算法和模糊PID控制算法对PID控制器进行调试,发现模糊PID控制器的跟踪精度较高,跟踪滞后和跟踪超调基本消除,跟踪误差明显减小,证明模糊PID控制算法更适合于气动压力控制系统。
LabVIEW is short for laboratory virtual instrument integration environment,is the virtual instrument development platform software came out by NI company,with concise graphical programming environment and powerful features.Based on the PID control algorithm of the research,the LabVIEW software program is used to control the pneumatic proportional valve.Respectively by Traditional PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm are respectively adopted for PID controller for debugging.It finds out higher tracking precision of the fuzzy PID controller,tracking lag and overshoot basically eliminated,the tracking error decrease obviously.It proves that the fuzzy PID control algorithm is more suitable for pneumatic pressure control system.
