摘要
文章对径向往复柱塞泵动力端偏心主轴的结构进行了研究,分析了在高速回转的过程中可能产生的不平衡力,指出了在偏心主轴动平衡设计中应满足的条件,并完成了偏心主轴的动平衡设计,使工作过程中的不平衡力趋向最小。利用ADAMS对偏心主轴完成了动力学仿真,得出了在工作过程中使其所受惯性力最小的偏心配重盘的尺寸。
The paper has researched the structure of eccentric Shaft from the power end of the radial reciprocating piston pump,and has analyzed the unbalanced inertia force generated in the process of high-speed rotary motion.Tt has pointed out the requirement of dynamic balance design of the eccentric shaft,and has completed the dynamic balance design of the eccentric shaft,using the ADAMS to do the dynamics simulation of the eccentric Shaft,thus obtaining the size of eccentric weight plate,which can make the eccentric Shaft suffer the minimal inertial force in its working process.
