Ecological civilization construction has a significant benefit on the contemporary era and the future generations. Construction of ecological civilization is closely related to democratic politics. A good ecological environment is the best of well-being of the people＇s livelihood. We must implement measures to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization： we shall set up and strengthen brand new construction of ecological civilization concept, and use the system construction achievements to guarantee construction of ecological civilization.
