摘要
自美国加入"跨太平洋伙伴关系协定"(TPP)后,通过一系列贸易标准削弱了中国的贸易优势,TPP成为孤立中国、扼制中国崛起的工具。为降低TPP对我国的影响,应大力发展区域全面经济伙伴关系(RECP),积极参与世界贸易组织(WTO)新规则的制定,巩固WTO作用,加强中美双边谈判,加快企业转型和体制改革,增强核心竞争力。
After the US joined Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement （TPP）, who through a series of trade standard undermines China＇s trade advantage. TPP became a tool to isolate and to curb the rise of China. In order to reduce the TPP＇s influence on our country, we should develop the Regional Com-prehensive Economic Partnership （RCEP） vigorously and participate the formulation of new rules of the World Trade Organization（WTO） actively. Then we should strengthen the effects of WTO and bilateral negotiations which US, and accelerate the system transformation and the reform of enterprises. Finally we enhance our core competitiveness.
