摘要
选用经分散剂提纯、酸化处理的凹凸棒石黏土为载体,采用浸渍法负载AlCl3制备了凹凸棒石黏土催化剂。研究了催化剂对脱除重整生成油中微量烯烃的活性,考察了催化剂的制备条件对负载前后催化剂的脱除活性的影响,并利用FT-IR,XRD,TG-DTG,BET等技术对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:AlCI3的负载量和焙烧温度对催化剂的活性有显著影响,最佳负载量8%,活化温度200℃。改性后催化剂初活性可达80.96%,寿命是活性白土寿命的1.5倍。
The attapulgite clay was purified by dispersant and treated by acid before used as support.The attapulgite clay catalyst loaded AlCl3 was prepared by the impregnation technique.The catalytic activity of removing the olefins from reformate was researched,the influence factors of the catalyst preparation were investigated and the catalyst activity were compared with the flee loading.The catalyst was characterized by using FT-IR,XRD,TG-DTA,BET and other technical.The results showed that the AlCl3 loading capacity and calcination temperature has a significant influence on the catalyst activity,the optimum conditions was loading amount of 8%,activation temperature of 200℃.After modification,initial activity reached 80.96% and life is 1.5times of activated clay.
