摘要
用旋转黏度计测定了改性后的CMC在其溶液质量分数为1%~2%、温度为18~36℃范围内的表观黏度数据。根据Ostwald-Waele模型得出,CMC溶液呈现出假塑性的流变行为和特征,并且随着温度的降低和质量分数的增加,其假塑性愈强。使用数学模型考察了温度和质量分数对流变特性指数和稠度系数的影响,以及温度和质量分数联合作用对表观黏度的影响,其T-n、C-n、T-m和C-m以及ηa-T-C之间符合n=n1+k1T、n=n2exp(k2C)、m=m1exp(k3T)、m=m2exp(k4C)和lnηa=lnA0+K0C+Ea/RT的关系。
The viscosity properties of homogeneous carboxymetheyl cellulose fluid were investigated by means of a rotation viscometer when concentrations were 1%-2% and temperature was 18-36 ℃.From Ostwald-Waele model,the carboxymethyl cellulose fluid exhibits pseudoplastic(shear thinning)behavior which will be stronger with the lowing of temperature and adding of concentration.Based on Turian method and the exponential function model,the rheological characteristics of the fluid are functions of temperature and concentration of CMC solution.The influences of both concentration and temperature on rheological characteristics index and consistency coefficient of CMC solution were investigated.The equations n=n1 +k1T,n=n2exp(k2C),m=m1exp(k3T),m=m2exp(k4C)and lnηa=lnA0+K0C+Ea/RTset up with the least square method according to the test data could provide the basic data in a fluid dynamics for the engineering design and industrial application.
