摘要
首先以TDI和PPG-1000为原料合成聚氨酯预聚体,用DMPA扩链制备端异氰酸酯基团的聚氨酯,并用酸性红B染料对其进行封端改性处理,可以获得大分子聚氨酯染料。在制备过程中预聚反应最优试验参数为n(—OH)∶n(—NCO)=1∶4,加入DMPA扩链和用染料封端并控制体系总R值为1.2。通过红外光谱、激光粒度分析和色牢度测试等手段,对产物以及涂膜性能进行表征与研究,结果表明:经酰胺键(—CO—NH—)连接的染料-聚氨酯水性高分子可稳定存放,平均粒径在1.5~5.0μm;将这种聚氨酯染料在涂饰工序代替染料水使用,涂层的干湿摩擦色牢度均达到5级,在常规有机溶剂中无明显掉色现象。
The polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized by TDI and PPG - 1000. Terminal - isocyanate - aqueous polyure- thane was synthesized with DMPA as chain - extender, and acid red B was used for blocking modification to obtain macromolecule polyurethane dyestuff. The optimum experimental parameters in process are as follows : n (--OH) : n (--NCO) = 1 : 4, adding chain extender DMPA and dyestuff to adjust the value of R to l. 2. The polymer structure and film property were characterized by IR, laser particle size analysis and color fastness test. The results show that a stable dye - waterborne polyurethane polymer connected by amide bond is synthesized, which the average particle size is 1.5 μm - 5μm. The polyurethane dyestuff is used in finishing process instead of dye water, the dry & wet rubbing fastness can reach 5 grade, and has no obvious fade in conventional organic solvents.
