碘海醇测定肾小球滤过率的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肾脏在维持机体代谢平衡、细胞内外环境稳定中起十分重要的作用,包括代谢物的排泄、水电解质平衡的维持、血压及钙磷代谢的调控等,因此正确评估肾功能极其重要.GFR是评估肾功能的重要指标之一,然而GFR无法直接测得,只能通过测定内源性或是外源性标记物的滤过率间接获得.碘海醇是一种非离子性水溶性造影剂,几乎不与血浆蛋白结合,在体内完全由肾脏排泄,可以自由经肾小球滤过,不被肾小管吸收与分泌,是良好的外源性标记物.碘海醇用于临床测定GFR精确度高,其血浆清除率是测定GFR新的金标准,且其测定操作方便,价格较同位素低,无污染,故碘海醇测定GFR法(iGFR)是一个值得在我国推广应用的肾功能评估方法之一.
